PureHelix™ Total RNA Purification Kit [Virus, Animals, Plants, Bacteria]는 다양한 시료(혈액, 동식물 조직, 박테리아, 바이러스등)로부터 빠르고 간편하게 고순도의 total RNA를 분리 정제할 수 있는 spin column 방식의 제품입니다. spin column 방식은 높은 binding capacity를 갖는 silica membrane을 사용하여 total RNA 분리과정에서 inhibitor등 기타 불순물을 완벽하게 제거할 수 있습니다. Phenol과 같은 유기용매를 사용하지 않기 때문에 RNA를 분리하는 과정이 매우 안전하고, 추출된 total RNA는 RT-PCR, quantitative RT-PCR을 통하여 유전자 발현 분석이나 분자진단 등 다양한 실험에 사용할 수 있습니다.
