HelixZyme™ RNase Inhibitor (Recombinant) 는 쥐의 폐(rat lung)에서 유래된 RNase inhibitor 유전자를 대장균에서 발현/정제한 재조합 단백질로 RNase A, RNase B, 그리고 RNase T2를 포함한 넓은 범위의 ribonuclease 활성을 억제합니다. RNase inhibitor는 cDNA 합성, one-step RT-PCR, RNA 합성 및 추출 과정에서 RNA가 분해되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 유용하게 사용됩니다.

Enzyme activities: Inhibits enzymatic activity of RNases by noncovalently binding to the active site.

Storage buffer: 20 mM HEPES-KOH (pH 7.6), 50 mM KCl, 8 mM DTT, 50 % Glycerol

Purity: ≥ 95 % (SDS-PAGE)

DNase contamination test: Not detectable (Incubation with 40 U enzyme and pUC19 plasmid at 37 ℃, 1 hr)

RNase contamination test: Not detectable (Incubation with 40 U enzyme and human total RNA at 37 ℃, 1 hr)

Activity test in RT-PCR and qRT-PCR: Correspond to reference (Human total RNA target)
