HelixAmp™ Ab+Taq 2x Premix 는 anti-Taq antibody가 결합된 Taq polymerase와, reaction buffer 및 dNTPs가 2배 농도로 혼합된 premix 제품입니다. 본 제품은 PCR mixture 준비 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오염을 최소화하고, 시간을 단축시킬 수 있으며, 발생 가능한 오류를 최소화하도록 디자인되었습니다. UDG system이 적용된 premix의 경우, carryover contaminant DNA에 의한 오염을 방지할 수 있습니다.
