HelixAmp™ Fast RT-LAMP Lyo-Cake [Green] (V3)는 RNA target에 대한 RT-LAMP(loop-mediated isothermal amplification) 증폭 반응을 위한 동결건조 one-step premix입니다. 특히 본 제품은 등온증폭(isothermal amplification) 중 발생할 수 있는 비특이 반응을 최소화하도록 설계되었습니다. 동결건조 공정을 통해 premix의 수분을 완전히 제거하여 실온에서 편리하게 보관 및 운송할 수 있습니다. 동결건조 된 RT-LAMP premix는 prime와 template RNA를 넣고 RNase-free water를 추가하여 간단히 재수화 할 수 있습니다.
본 제품에는 재조합 Bst DNA 중합효소, green fluorescent dye, 열안정성 역전사 효소(thermostable reverse transcriptase), RNase inhibitor, dNTP, Mg2+, 염(salt) 및 안정제(stabilizer)가 포함되어 있습니다. 적절한 LAMP primer 세트와 함께 사용 시, 30분 이내에 target RNA를 빠르게 증폭할 수 있으며, 사용된 역전사 효소는 비교적 높은 온도(60℃)에서 완전히 활성화되므로 one-step RT-LAMP가 가능합니다.
