HelixCript™ One-Step RT-PCR Kit [Ab+Taq] is designed for specific and sensitive amplification of target genes in a one-tube reaction from RNA templates. Thermo reverse transcriptase, Ab+Taq polymerase, and RNase inhibitor are supplied as an enzyme mixture. An optimized provided buffer contains a buffer, MgCl₂, and dNTPs at a 2x concentration.
