RealHelix™ 1-sec qPCR Premix [Probe] (Ver. 2.0) is designed to perform fast real-time analysis of DNA samples using the fluorescent probe based detection. The convenient 2x concentrated premix contains an antibody-inhibited hot-start Taq polymerase (Ab+Taq polymerase), dNTPs, buffers, Mg2+, and a stabilizing agent. The premix can also be used in combination with ROX reference dye in PCR instruments that are compatible with the evaluation of the ROX signal. The outstanding fast real-time assay (between 30-60 min.) combined with high specificity and sensitivity is achieved with a unique buffer system and optimized hot-start polymerase. Bulk version is premix only. ROX reference dye is available separately upon request.

 

RealHelix™ 1-sec qPCR Premix [Probe] [UDG System] (Ver. 2.0) is designed to perform a rapid real-time quantification of DNA samples using the fluorescent probe based detection. The UDG/dUTP system prevents the carryover contamination of PCR products from previous reactions. The 2x premix contains antibody-inhibited hot-start Taq polymerase (Ab+Taq polymerase), thermo-labile Uracil-DNA glycosylase, dUTP, dNTPs, buffers, Mg2+ and a stabilizing agent. The hot-start PCR enzyme provides high specific amplification of target DNA and minimizes the side products such as primer dimers. Bulk version is premix only. ROX reference dye is available separately upon request.
