HelixAmp™ FastLAMP Lyo-Cake [Green] (V3) is a lyophilized one-step premix for loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) of DNA targets. It is optimized to minimize non-specific product formation during isothermal amplification. Lyophilization removes moisture from the premix, enabling convenient room-temperature storage and shipment. Simply rehydrate with RNase-free water together with primers and the DNA template to start the reaction. The premix contains engineered Bst DNA polymerase, green fluorescent dye, dNTPs, Mg2+, salts, and stabilizers. When used with an appropriate LAMP primer set, the target DNA can be amplified within 30 minutes.
