HelixAmp™ 2.5x Fast RT-LAMP LyoReady Premix is a glycerol-free master mix for RT-LAMP, designed to be lyophilized directly without requiring additional excipients. Primers and probes can be incorporated into the mix before the lyophilization process. HelixAmp™ 2.5x Fast RT-LAMP LyoReady Premix contains Bst DNA Polymerase, thermo-stable reverse transcriptase (RTase), RNase inhibitor, dNTPs, Mg2+, salts, and a set of excipients.
