HelixCript™ Easy cDNA LyoPremix is a lyophilized version of the HelixCript™ Easy cDNA Synthesis Kit [All-in-One]. Lyophilization is a process that removes moisture from the product, allowing for convenient storage and transportation at room temperature. To reconstitute the lyophilized cDNA synthesis premix, simply add RNase-free water and an RNA template. HelixCript™ Easy cDNA LyoPremix contains all the necessary enzymes and buffers, including primers (oligo-dT and/or random hexamers), reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, dNTPs, and DTT. This pre-mixed formulation is designed to save time during handling, reduce the risk of errors, and minimize the chances of contamination. HelixCript™ Easy cDNA LyoPremix offers a convenient and rapid method for preparing an RT reaction mixture, enabling efficient synthesis of 1st-strand cDNA.

• Reagents: Easy cDNA LyoPremix (lyophilized, store at 25℃) and Easy cDNA Synthesis Kit (liquid type, store at -80℃).
• Template: Purified human total RNA (10 and 1 ng)
• Target: Human GAPDH gene

Storage

• Store at room temperature for a maximum of 6 months.
• For extended storage, maintain the product at or below 4℃ for up to 12 months.
• Please protect it from direct light exposure.
• After opening the pouch, we suggest promptly resealing it and storing it in a freezer until the next use.
